Although intimidating to utter the words “out of scope” we value honesty with our client. We however agree to look at any new request that our team can handle, but always avoid situations that may lead to confrontations and poor results.
Similarly, we do not want the project to go beyond the set budget with extended deadline or any other inconveniences with only to tell them that in fact, the project is out of scope. We always endeavor to let you know if the project is in scope as soon as possible.
